With over 23 years of local government experience, Lisa has navigated the complexities of public service with finesse. As the Human Resources Administrator / Assistant City Manager for a local municipality, she orchestrated the seamless operation of four divisions, from Staffing & Benefits, Risk Management, Retirement Services to Labor Relations. Her role as Chief Negotiator for four unions and Pension Plan Administrator for three local law pension plans speaks volumes about her ability to manage intricate challenges.
In March 2023, Lisa didn't just run for the Town of Redington Shores, Board of Commissioners; she led a campaign that resonated with the community, winning the election with an impressive 85% of the votes. Unfazed by success, she quickly took office and, by December 2023, was gearing up for her second election for Mayor, elected unopposed.
Beyond the corridors of government, Lisa is a beacon of knowledge and inspiration. As an adjunct instructor for the School of Public Affairs at the University of South Florida, she imparts her wisdom to shape the next generation of public servants.
